LashFit Refund Policy

1. Introduction We appreciate your purchase and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we offer a refund policy under the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • We will accept returns and issue a refund if the product is defective or not as described. (LashFit does not take responsibility for items damaged/delayed or lost in transit by the courier. A claim will need to be lodged directly with the freight handler)
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unused, condition, with all original packaging, labels, and receipts.
  • Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned product, and we may request further information or proof of the issue before issuing a refund.
  • LashFit does not offer refunds for eye sensitivity. LashFit products are not recommended for sensitive eyes. It is recommended that a patch test be conducted before use.
3. Timeframe for Returns

  • You have [14] days from the date of receipt to return the product and request a refund.
  • After this period, returns will not be accepted unless the product was delayed in transit and found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Proof of arrival date will be required.
4. How to Return a Product

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lashfitnz@gmail.com
  • Provide your order number, purchasers name, a description of the issue, and any supporting images (if applicable).
  • We will then issue you instructions on how to return the product to us.
5. Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used or opened (unless defect was not found until opening).
  • Items purchased on sale, stock seconds or as clearance.
  • Digital products or gift cards.
6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to [5] business days for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product (not matching your order), we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if there are any issues, and we will arrange a return for a refund or replacement.
8. Consumer Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to meet any guarantees under this Act, you are entitled to a remedy which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
